Why is this project important?
Because public memory shapes public values. When women’s contributions are visible in civic spaces, they become part of how future generations understand leadership, service, and possibility.
How will donations be used?
Contributions directly support sculpture creation, site construction, interpretive materials, educational programming, and installation.
Can donors honor specific women?
Yes. Donors may sponsor individual sculptures, relief panels, interpretive elements, and educational programs, subject to curatorial guidelines.
Will donors be recognized?
Yes — through permanent on-site acknowledgments, dedication ceremonies, and official publications.
Is this a permanent installation?
Yes. Utah Monumental Women is designed as a permanent addition to Capitol grounds and will be maintained as part of Utah’s public heritage.
